Guests were treated to a live whole bluefin tuna carving ceremony, led by Michelin Bib Gourmand–recognized Chef Jihyung (Lee Buk Bang | White Coat Chef on Netflix’s Culinary Chef Wars), alongside renowned sushi master Chef Woo Tae Un. Trained in Tokyo at Michelin three-star establishments and having held executive roles at leading five-star hotels including JW Marriott Seoul, The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa, The Westin Josun Seoul, and Oakwood Premier Seoul, Chef Woo Tae Un is widely recognized as one of Seoul’s top sushi chefs.
